I provide plant offerings that I personally have a connection with either by growing them myself or foraging them whenever possible. When it isn't possible for me to be growing or foraging, I contract friends in Virginia to grow for me. If that isn't possible, then I turn to trusted sources such as Mountain Rose Herbs, Starwest Botanicals or Mayway. I prioritize organically grown herbs in all instances.
